Advokatfirman Centra was founded by lawyers Melissa Toutounge Aksöz and Elham Arshamfar, who together have broad and solid experience in criminal defence, custody disputes, migration law and social law.
Our goal is always to meet every client with patience and respect, and to handle each matter with great care and attention.
We do our utmost to protect your interests in every assignment we accept. In our contact with clients, we strive to be available and to provide legal advice in a clear and understandable way. What matters most to us is that you feel well represented.

FUNDING
Legal protection insurance
Your home insurance usually includes legal protection insurance. If a dispute arises, you may request to use it to cover your legal costs. The insurance company covers most of the costs in the dispute, while you usually pay a smaller deductible to your counsel. We help you apply for legal protection insurance when relevant.

Legal aid
In some cases, legal protection insurance in your home insurance does not cover the dispute. The court or the Swedish Legal Aid Authority may then grant legal aid instead. If legal aid is granted, you contribute to the costs through a legal aid fee based on a percentage of our fee. The state pays the remaining part. Your share is assessed based on income, assets, debts and maintenance obligations. There are some limitations on the right to legal aid.
